What are the legal THC levels allowed in the EU

For hemp grown in the EU the legal limit in most countries is 0.2% THC in the dried plant material.

Once CBD is extracted from the biomass and concentrated to higher strengths, the THC levels may rise above the legal limit. We use a purification process to remove the THC to maintain all final products at legal levels. We always double-check this with a third party cannabinoid analysis by Eurofins.

THC levels are determined at a local level and vary from country to county and typically range from max 0.2% for full-spectrum products, max 0.05% – 0.01%  THC for broad-spectrum products and Zero THC for pure isolate products. Please ensure you understand your local regulations before placing an order.
