Shipping terms & conditions
If you want to know how and when your product is shipped after ordering you can find our shipping information here. If you need more information on shipping and deliveries please contact us, we will be happy to answer all of your questions.
Our prices exclude shipping. We provide the option of booking your shipment using UPS, Eurosender & DPD.
For high value shipments we will always recommend using a dedicated vehicle to ensure that your shipment is protected at all times and will arrive at your collection point undamaged.
Each carrier has their own insurance levels and specific terms and conditions. We can also arrange separate insurance just to make sure you are fully covered.
- UPS will insure up to € 50.000
- DPD will insure up to € 5.000
- Eurosender has no limit for insurance but we will need to inform them in advance about your insurance needs.
Shipping terms & conditions:
Within the EU we will ship under CIP Incoterms, these terms apply when you ask us to ship your parcel. This means that although we provide the service of booking your shipment with UPS, EUROSENDER & DPD, you are taking on the transport risk. We will always include insurance in case your goods get damaged or lost.
For shipments to outside of the EU we use EXW (Ex Works). Under Ex Works, your appointed carrier will be able to collect from our production location. We can also use Free On Board Incoterms and/or Freight Collect.
In all cases you as the purchaser are responsible for shipping costs and the transfer of risk as soon as our products are handed over to any carrier. If you have any transport issues we will help you make any claims against the carrier. You need to inform us immediately as soon are you are aware of any issues and fully document the issue (with photos of all packaging materials and any damaged products).
We will do our very best to work out a solution in cooperation with the carrier to make sure your issue is handled to your utmost satisfaction.
